William Dwight Ennis, 23, of 3801 Humbert Road, Alton, died at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis after an illness of 21/2 years.
He was a senior in the architectural college at the University of Illinois. He was also affiliated with the Navigators at the university.
Surviving are his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Calvin F. (Virginia) Ennis of Alton; a brother, Brad, at home; two sisters, Mrs. David (Barbara) Laslie of Godfrey and Miss Paulette Ennis, at home; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Christine Moody of Godfrey and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Fred Burger of Brighton.
