I have been a RN since 1981. I completed my BSN in 2008 and I completed my Masters of Science in Nursing Informatics May of 2010. I am retiring from nursing as of March 2015. I have many grandchildren and great grand children! I love to travel, spend time with family and friends. I also enjoy crafting.
My favorite story was when Carol Novitski was trying to persuade me to skip class. She walked into the class I was attending, picked up my books and threw them out the window! I had to skip; I had no choice!
I will not mention the day in drama class we were putting clown make up on and a bomb threat was announced. I was seven months pregnant and had just finished painting my face as a clown when a voice boomed over the loud speaker "Leave immediately, do not stop to get your books, do not stop to get your purse, leave the building immediately." I hurried to the pit, pregnant and with my face painted like a clown.
