Timothy Kevin Keasler, 59, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2011, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis after a long illness.
Born May 4, 1952, in Alton, he was the son of Samuel Randall and Violet Althea (Aulabaugh) Keasler.
Tim has three children and two grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Adams and her husband, John, and grandchildren, Emma-Rae and John-Robert Adams, of Memphis, Meg Markham Keasler of Charles City, Iowa, and Samuel Abraham Keasler and his wife, Ali, also of Memphis. In Alton, Tim has sister-in-law, June Keasler; nieces, Katy Keasler Budde and her children, Alyssa, Bob, and Zachary Budde, Cindy Keasler Knecht; and many cousins who he loved very much.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Marcheta Zullig, Karan Andrews, Terry McNamara; and his dear brother, David Keasler.
Tim enjoyed reading, watching movies, college basketball and football, the Internet, playing chess, dogs, people and a good joke.
The family requests that any memorial be made to your local animal shelter, humane society or rescue group.
