"She was born Oct. 10, 1951, in Alton, to Gay (Carter) McLoughlin of Bunker Hill, and William Clark, now deceased.
"She married Robert L. Budde on Dec. 26, 1980, in Alton. He survives.
"A 1970 graduate of Alton High School, she was later employed for more than 17 years as a sales consultant at the J.C. Penney store at Alton Square, and enjoyed painting and crafts.
"In addition to her husband of 21 years and her mother, she is also survived and will always be missed by a daughter, Ashley Megen Budde of Alton; two sons, Patrick Walter Budde of Alton, Sean McGuire of Dallas; mother-in-law...stepfather...two brothers-in-law...;three sisters-in-law...;many nieces, nephews; other extended family; and many friends."
