Carl Owen Beck,Jr., age 62 of Manila, passed from this life Sunday August 24,2014 at his home. Born in Alton, IL he was the son of the late Carl Owen and Dorothy Robinson Beck and had lived most of his adult life in Wichita, KS before making his home in Manila. He was a 1970 graduate of Alton High School and was a veteran of the US Navy. He was a retired restaurant manager having managed the Village Inn in Wichita, KS and Perkins in Blytheville, AR. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 2 sons, Jonathan Beck and Brad Beck and 1 sister. He is survived by:
